is this okay for Race leader to kill their race member over a Pitboss?

I was doing solo PB and the PB HP remain 5-10% suddenly this RL came and chaos me without a word, then destroy my tower and steal the PB.
Then he said no need to take offense.

I mean he is the RACE LEADER, how is he kill his own race member even we are in the same guild. Amazing

But we’re all adults here, and we often encounter situations like this.
If you only knew how many times I’ve been "ditched" or left behind like this on various servers.
I don’t hold any grudges, because I understand that it’s just a game.
Sometimes people do it as a joke, and sometimes someone just has something urgent to take care of—it’s really no big deal.

I've been encountered many situations similar to this, but i have never seen a Race leader steal a PB from his own race member even in the same guild.
Everyone wants to upgrade their gear so do i but i never steal from my mates because i know how to respect other player.
you said no big deal, but i think it is a big deal because you are supposed to protect your own race as a patrol/Archon but you abuse it instead.
And this PB spawn time is 8 hours, if it is no big deal why not waiting until next spawn? why stealing from a normal player?
